The New Era team and our innovative methods have gained wide recognition from a number of professional clubs since our inception in 2004. We have worked in conjunction with numerous elite youth development centres and more recently both Sean Faulkner and Mark Oldfield have been working with professional players at Queens Park Rangers FC as Fitness and Conditioning Coaches. Ex QPR, Millwall and Republic of Ireland star and now Reserve Team Manager/Coach Gary Waddock, has worked alongside the New Era staff and says:
