The New Era Soccer coaching team have many years experience in soccer training gained through working with and visiting top professional clubs throughout the world. We have visited and studied with top clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus, Panathinaikos and Santos to name but a few. Plus, our team of coaches are all fully FA qualified, CRB vetted, first aid trained and covered by full Public Employers Liability Insurance.
Sean Faulkner - New Era Soccer Director of Coaching
Qualifications - FA Level 2, FA Talent Ident Certificate, ICA Fitness & Conditioning for Soccer Certificate, ISSA Specialist in Sports Conditioning (ongoing), CRB Checked, FACA Member.
Professional Experience - QPR Centre of Excellence Coach & Scout, QPR Development Centre Director of Coaching, QPR Fitness & Conditioning coach scholar/reserves, Panathinaikos FC (Greece) Assistant in Conditioning (fitness) 1st team, Chelsea Youth Academy Scout, Aldershot 1st team Fitness and Conditioning Coach.

Mark Oldfield - Assistant Director of Coaching

Ashley Bayes - Goalkeeping Academy Head Coach
Qualifications - Over 17 years of valuable experience as a professional goalkeeper, Represented England at youth level in the Youth World Cup.
Professional Experience - Brentford FC YTS, Brentford FC, Torquay United FC, Exeter City FC, Leyton Orient FC, Bohemians FC, Woking FC, Grays Athletic FC.
Martin Simonds - Soccer Coach and Child Protection Officer
Qualifications - FA Level 1, First Aid Officer, CRB Approved.
Professional Experience - Chelsea FC Academy scout.

Roger Spry - Coach Consultant - Physical/Technical Coach at several top clubs.
Qualifications - Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science, UEFA Coach Educator, FIFA Qualified Instructor, ISSA Specialist Conditioning Coach, 7th Degree Black Belt Mugendo (Karate).
